Returns & Refunds Policy

At Aurayne , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receipt , provided it meets the conditions described below.

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused , in their original packaging , and returned within 14 days of the delivery date .

Procedure

Before returning an item, please contact our customer service department at contact@aurayne.com . We will provide you with the necessary instructions to ensure a quick and efficient process.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 business days . Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, promotional items, discounted items and swimwear cannot be returned or refunded .
Discounted items are considered end-of-season items , offered at reduced prices as part of a clearance sale , and are therefore non-refundable .
