At Aurayne, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order is not suitable for any reason, we do everything possible to offer you a simple, fast, and stress-free return experience. Here is all the information you need.

When will my order arrive?

The majority of our orders are delivered within the standard times indicated at the time of purchase. However, certain exceptional circumstances may lead to an extension of the delivery time, which can be up to 20 days.

Reasons that may delay your package

These situations are rare and are beyond our direct control. Rest assured that we monitor each shipment carefully.

Customs control Weather conditions Strikes or social movements Air disruptions High volume (holidays) Partial address error Overloaded postal sorting Health events

If your package exceeds this 20-day period without tracking updates, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will open an inquiry with the carrier as soon as possible.


Is your item returnable?

To be accepted, your return must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 14 days from the date of receipt
  • The item is in perfect condition: unused, unwashed, unworn
  • The item is in its original packaging, with all its tags and accessories
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is attached to the package

How to return an item?

Contact our customer service at contact@aurayne.com specifying your order number and the reason for the return.

Receive your instructions — our team will respond within 24–48 hours with the personalized procedure and return address.

Ship the carefully packaged parcel, preferably with a tracking number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking & confirmation — we will notify you upon receipt of your package and immediately initiate inspection.

When will I be refunded?

Once the item is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email confirmation. The refund is then processed within 7 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that bank processing times may add an additional 2 to 5 days depending on your financial institution.


Non-refundable items

For hygiene and commercial policy reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Promotional or sale items (end of season, clearance)

Swimwear, underwear, and intimate apparel

Items whose original packaging has been opened or damaged

Returns made after the 14-day period
