At Aurayne , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, provided it meets the conditions described below.

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 business days . Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, promotional items and swimwear cannot be returned or refunded.
