At Aurayne , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, provided it meets the conditions described below.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 7 business days . Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, sale items and swimwear cannot be returned or refunded.
